The customer is a 32-year-old young agricultural entrepreneur from Ekiti State, Nigeria. After graduating from university, he returned to his hometown with a mission to improve the outdated rice processing situation locally. Farmers in the area grow a large amount of rice each year, but due to the lack of efficient milling equipment, most paddy is sold to middlemen at low prices.

Starting from his father’s traditional rice procurement business, he has a deep understanding of the local rice market. He realized that building a modern small-to-medium scale rice processing line locally could significantly improve rice quality and increase farmers’ income. Therefore, he decided to invest in his own rice milling factory.
After comparing multiple suppliers, the entrepreneur chose our 15TPD rice miller machine and signed the purchase contract in March 2025.
Reasons for choosing us
- Capacity Matches Demand
The customer planned to source paddy mainly from nearby farmers, expecting a daily processing volume of 12–15 tons. The 15TPD rice miller machine perfectly fits the initial scale while allowing future expansion. - Automation and Rice Quality
The production line integrates cleaning, de-stoning, hulling, separation, milling, polishing, grading, and packaging into a fully automatic process, reducing labor requirements. The customer especially values its stable rice yield and low broken rice rate, suitable for producing high-quality polished rice. - Energy-Efficient and Eco-Friendly Design
The rice mill machine uses energy-saving motors and efficient dust collection systems, suitable for areas with unstable electricity supply. Additionally, by-products such as rice husks can be recycled as animal feed or fuel, supporting sustainable development. - Comprehensive After-Sales Service and Remote Support
We provide online installation guidance and remote debugging, coordinated with local engineers. The customer appreciates this flexible yet highly effective service approach.

Project implementation and operation
After arrival in Nigeria, the customer rented a 500 sqm factory and, with our engineers’ remote guidance, completed the installation and commissioning.
The entire process took only 18 days:
- Days 1–5: Factory foundation preparation and electricity setup.
- Days 6–12: Main equipment assembly and conveyor installation.
- Days 13–15: No-load test run and parameter adjustment.
- Days 16–18: Test processing with paddy, full production started.
During the first batch, the machine processed paddy at a stable daily volume of 15 tons, with polished rice yield reaching 67% and a significant reduction in broken rice compared to local old machines.

Project results and benefits
- Increase in Local Rice Value
With the 15TPD rice miller machine in operation, daily polished rice production reached 15 tons, improving profit per ton by 30%. - Employment Opportunities
The factory now employs 10 full-time workers and 6 temporary workers, providing stable income for local youth. - Sustainable Development
Rice husks are used to make fuel blocks, and rice bran is sold to nearby feed factories, maximizing resource utilization.
