In early 2025, our 30-ton rice mill machine production line was successfully shipped to the Port of Douala, Cameroon, and installed in the country’s central region.
The customer, a local agricultural processing company, focuses on rice procurement and distribution. In order to boost production efficiency and rice quality, they decided to replace their semi-automatic milling equipment with a fully automated rice mill line.

The complete production line is composed of the following key machines:
- Cleaning sieve
- Destoner
- Bucket elevator
- Paddy husker
- Gravity paddy separator
- Rice whitener
- Rice polisher
- Rice grader
- Color sorter
- Automatic weighing and packing machine
With a daily processing capability of 30 tons for paddy rice, this system achieves a head rice yield of 67%, while maintaining a broken rice ratio below 5%—fully meeting the client’s stringent quality requirements.
Project outcome and client feedback
Since the machine was put into use, the entire 30-ton rice mill machine production line has been running smoothly. The white rice produced has uniform color, low impurity levels, and minimal breakage.
According to the customer, the plant now processes about 900 tons of paddy rice per month, significantly increasing output and market supply. Based on sales performance, the customer expects to recoup their investment within six months.
