The selected 15-ton rice milling machine was equipped with a de-stoner, husker, gravity separator, rice miller, polisher, white rice grader, color sorter, and automatic weighing & packaging system.
This comprehensive setup guarantees efficient and hygienic processing. The system not only improved rice purity and brightness but also reduced the broken rice rate by 20%, significantly increasing the overall yield.
Additionally, with the packaging function, the customer can directly distribute rice to markets without further manual handling, saving time and labor costs.
