Why is it necessary to hull rice before grinding it?
If rice is directly milled without prior cleaning, it not only consumes energy, reduces yield, generates a higher proportion of broken rice, and lowers the milling yield but also results in poor color, higher impurities, lower purity, and overall reduced quality of the final product.
Additionally, rice husks contain a substantial amount of coarse fiber and are not edible, necessitating their removal.

1. Paddy Rice Destoner
Regularly remove grains and fine particles from the destoner hood.
2. Paddy Rice Husker
- Maintain the gearbox with an oil filling quantity of 0.5-0.6 kg, and ensure monthly replacement.
- Utilize the fast and slow rollers interchangeably when the rubber layer on the fast roller is worn to approximately half. Replace the rubber roller promptly when its rubber layer wears out, exposing the iron core. Both rollers should be replaced simultaneously, and the rubber roller’s surface must remain flat. Timely identify the cause of any issues, conduct repairs, and replacement.
- Regularly inspect components such as the flow plate and transmission gear for signs of wear, and address any issues by repairing or replacing them.
3. Gravity paddy separator
Examine the lubrication of the transmission components and promptly apply lubricating oil or grease as needed.
4. Rice Mill
- Clean the impeller and air duct of the chaff suction fan every two months.
- When installing a new felt oil seal, immerse it in engine oil.

What’s the mode of payment?
A 40% deposit is required upfront. Once production is complete, we will provide you with confirmation photos. The remaining 60% balance is to be settled before shipping.
